They were ordered through the Pittsburgh, Ks. store and shipped to me. I have other jeans from you and this has never happened. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix them? I love your jeans but not if I can't wear them. I frequently shop in Ponca. The ladies are friendly and helpful. Wish your jeans were still durable and lasted longer than at least a year.
