  Every once in a while your dealings with a company are so positive that you have to find a way to tell the world how great a company they are. That was definitely the case for my dealings with Cookshack. I recently purchased an FEC-100 from them, which is a very large and heavy pellet smoker that arrives by FedEx Freight on a pallet. The smoker was beautifully and solidly crafted right there in Oklahoma and I was proud to have it and display it to my friends and family. Unfortunately, my expectations about the smoke flavor a pellet smoker provides were out of whack. I made the reluctant decision to send it back and I dealt with about 3-4 people during the entire process that were all amazing. This is a top notch American company that stands 100% by their product. You can't go wrong by working with them.
